Cancellations & General Terms & Conditions

 

We reserve the right to change the prices of workshops and courses at any time due to increase in raw material costs and electricity prices etc.

If you need to cancel a workshop or course 8 weeks before it has started a full refund will be issued minus £10 admin charge.

​

 If you need to cancel a workshop or course within 3 to 8 weeks of the workshop or course start date, 50% refund will be given or your booking can be moved to an equivalent workshop or course within the following 6 months.

​

 If you need to cancel a workshop or course within 21 days of the workshop or course start date, regretfully no refunds will be issued or your booking can be moved to an equivalent workshop or course (if available) within the following 6 months.

If you need to cancel a workshop or course within 14 days of the workshop or course start date, regretfully no refunds will be issued.

In the event that we have not been able to fill the minimum number of people required to make a workshop or course viable to run, we reserve the right to cancel a workshop or course. We will contact you no less than 48 hours before the workshop or course is due to start to let you know. The options in this case are to move to a different date workshop or course(if available), a credit note or a full refund.
